I work with you from beginning until your home is purchased and beyond.  To start, we have an informational interview during which I review the complete buying process and have my clients preapproved for a mortgage.  During this session, I am able to ascertain if we will work well together.  
 
I only take on a limited number of clients so that I will always have time for you and am able to give you my undivided attention. Further, I only practice singe agency, which means I will only represent you in a transaction and will not represent the seller in the same transaction.

Rather than specializing in a certain area, my background enables me to afford my clients "comparison shopping".  I was born and raised in Chicago, residing in the suburbs for the past 25+ years.  Since I am a "native", I am familiar with the Chicago suburban areas.  I do think this is a great benefit for my clients.  I'm able to offer my clients good insite into various areas, and how they compare to each other.
 
I have attended the Art Institute for various interior design classes, the result of which helps me give buyers a visualazation of what a particular property might become.
